KINGSTON:

National Football League (NFL) fans in Jamaica and across the Caribbean have scored a big win with FLOW.

FLOW, through its parent company C&W Communications, has secured a five-year agreement to offer various NFL assets, including NFL Sunday Ticket, NFL Network and NFL Red Zone for its cable TV line-up across the region. Fans of the NFL will also be able to watch live regular season games on FLOW TV.

FLOW TV will also broadcast popular NFL programmes, including NFL Hard Knocks, America's Game, Road to the Play-offs and Road to the Super Bowl.

"We are pleased to be adding more content on FLOW TV, on FLOW channel 100, which is available to all FLOW customers. It's part of our move to make more cable programming available to our customers," said Carlo Redwood, vice-president of marketing and products, FLOW.

He added: "The partnership with the NFL adds value to our offerings. In addition, NFL fans have access to games across multiple platforms, including FLOW TV and on their smart devices."

The NFL's vice-president of international media, Michael Markovich, stated: "We are pleased to partner with a leading provider in the Caribbean to give our fans increased access to NFL content across multiple platforms, and we look forward to continuing to develop a mutually beneficial and longstanding partnership."

FLOW has introduced an early-bird special with flexible payment options for NFL Sunday Ticket, making access easier for customers. The NFL Sunday Ticket features up to 13 different high-definition games live each Sunday, while NFL Network and NFL RedZone will be available at no extra cost within the basic and extended basic packages, respectively.

Exciting moments

The NFL RedZone produced by NFL Network whips around every NFL game on Sunday afternoons, delivering the touchdowns and most exciting moments as they happen and in high definition. When a team goes inside the 20-yard line, fans see the crucial plays live. The channel keeps fans up-to-date in real time, switching from game to game with live look-ins, highlights and a chance to see every important play.

In addition, FLOW will introduce a variety of exciting promotions, including a chance to attend a live NFL regular season game, as it launches the partnership across the region.

The NFL will be broadcast on FLOW in Antigua & Barbuda, Bahamas, Barbados, British Virgin Islands, Cayman Islands, CuraÁao, Grenada, Jamaica, St Lucia, St Vincent & the Grenadines, Trinidad & Tobago and the Turks & Caicos.

In Jamaica, the broadcast begins at midday on FLOW TV.
