Arsenal are enjoying a healthy run in the Barclays Premier League with three straight wins and 11 goals, and on Tuesday, they beat Bayern Munich 2-0 in the Champions League. They now face Everton at the Emirates bidding for a fourth straight league for the first time since April, when they won eight on the spin.

Last Saturday's 3-0 win at Watford keeps the Gunners in second place, just two points behind leaders Manchester City and with five more points than at this stage of last season. They can move to the top of the Premier League with a win, as leaders City and third-placed Manchester United clash at the Etihad Stadium a day later.

However, only five of their 16 goals in total have been scored at home, including the three they netted in their last Emirates league game against Manchester United.

Everton have won only three games, but two of those victories have come on the road, at Southampton and West Bromwich Albion.
