People's National Party (PNP) vice president Angela Brown Burke has claimed that PNP indoor agents at the Mountain View Primary School, in the constituency of St Andrew Eastern were chased away by gunmen.

Brown Burke told The Gleaner that she had gone to the centre to oversee a change-over of indoor agents when they were accosted and intimidated by gunmen.

She said she has reported the incident to the police and the Electoral Office of Jamaica.

The superintendent of police in charge at the polling division said he had received no reports of intimidation.
