FOOTBALL: Young Girlz to face Mexico in Grenada

Jamaica's Under-17 Reggae Girlz will be playing for pride when they take on powerhouse Mexico in Group B of the CONCACAF Women's Championships at 3 p.m. today in Grenada.

The junior Reggae Girlz, who lost two straight games so far in the tournament, were beaten 3-2 by Costa Rica in their last game.    

Ebony Clarke and Tarania Clarke were the goal scorers for the young Reggae Girlz, who will be hoping to end the tournament on a high note. 

On the other hand, the Mexicans, who were beaten 1-0 by the United States in their last game, are second in the standings on three points from two game.

The United States, which lead the group with six points, will oppose Costa Rica at 5 o'clock.
