The stage is now set for today’s grand finale of the 2016 ISSA/Grace/Kennedy Boys and Girls Championship inside the National Stadium.

After 17 finals on the boy’s side, things are interestingly poised with only nine points separating Jamaica College on 102.5 points, Kingston College on 101 points and defending champions Calabar High on 93.5 points after 17 finals.

They are followed by St Jago High on 63 points and Petersfield High on 32 points.

On the girl’s side, defending champions Edwin Allen look set to retain their title.

They hold a commanding 40-point lead over their nearest challenger Hydel High with 20 finals completed.

St Jago High is next with 89.5 points, followed by Holmwood Technical on 68 points and Vere Technical on 58 points.

Action begins at 1 o’clock today and Power106FM will have live coverage.
