Antiguan Miguel Francis shattered his personal best on his way to winning the men's 200m at the Jamaica National Racers Grand Prix inside the National Stadium.

Francis, who is coached by Glen Mills, stopped the clock at 19.88 seconds (+1.2) to better his previous best of 20.05, as Julian Forte, 20.18 and Warren Weir, 20.32 struggled to keep up.

This was Francis' third straight win in the event this season after victories at the MVP Track meet and the Cayman International Invitational earlier this year.
