American Johnny Dutch led from start to finish and in the end, crossed the line in the fastest time in the world this year, as he won the men's 400m hurdles at the inaugural Racers Grand Prix in 48.10 seconds.

Dutch, who already came into the meet with the fastest time - 48.36 done in The Bahamas in April, finished ahead of Jamaican pair Roxroy Cato, 48.98 and Annsert Whyte, 49.25.

“I’m happy to come and run this fast, the crowd really helped me. I am right where I want to be ahead of trials,” said Dutch.
