Former national Under-20 representative Martin Davis extended his loan deal with Maltese club St Andrews FC from Red Stripe Premier League (RSPL) outfit Harbour View until end of May 2018.

It is the 20-year-old's second loaned spell with the club, having signed a five-month deal in September last year.

Davis has recorded one assist for St Andrews since his arrival at the club.

He represented Harbour View in last season's RSPL following a two-year loan spell with Toronto FC Academy.

Davis had a month-long trial with Toronto in July 2014, and was subsequently offered a place in the youth development programme. The talented midfielder played for the Toronto second team twice during the 2015 United Soccer League season.

Davis, who is a former St George's College student and standout footballer, also represented the national Under-17 team.

The midfielder gave credit to Phoenix Academy's technical director Craig Butler for helping him to develop his skills in becoming a professional player.
