Cricket World Cup Qualifier | Windies rack up big total against UAE

HARARE, Zimbabwe, (CMC):

West Indies, choosing to bat first, reached 357 for four off their 50 overs, in their opening Group A match of the ICC World Cup Qualifiers against United Arab Emirates at Old Hararians here Tuesday.

Shimron Hetmyer led the way with 127 runs from 93 balls, slamming 14 fours and 4 sixes in the process. Chris Gayle was also impressive scoring 123 runs from 91 balls, inclusive of seven 4s and 11 sixes. 

Imran Haider with 1-62 and Rohan Mustafa, 1-66, were the best among the UAE bowlers.
