Prime Minister leads investment mission to United Arab Emirates

BASSETERRE, St Kitts, CMC:
Prime Minister Dr. Denzil Douglas is leading an investment mission to the United Arab Emirates, according to an official statement issued here Monday.


It said that Dr. Douglas is accompanied by a four member team that includes Tourism Minister Richard “Ricky” Skerritt.

He arrived in Dubai on Sunday night, and will begin his round of discussions with potential investors on Monday.

The statement said he will meet with the senior vice president of the Hyatt hotel group, Pat McCuddeen and vice chairman of Range Developments Mohammed Asaria and the company’s chief executive officer Munaf Ali.

The statement gave no further details of the mission or when the prime minister will return home.
