Beauty on vacation
MISS JAMAICA Universe 2000, Dr. Saphire Longmore, is taking some time off to relax in Ocho Rios and Runaway Bay with friends.
Since winning the title on April 1 she has been travelling extensively, having been to St. Louis, Missouri, for 'Jamaica Week'; New York for Donald Trump's party at The Float to launch the 'Miss University' pageant, before going on to Cyprus for this year's international contest. She returned to Jamaica via New York and participated in the recently concluded JAPEX show.
She went boating, a helicopter ride and was special guest at a number of hotels in the area, including Hedonism III, in Runaway Bay. She expects to continue a hectic schedule, including her daily commitments to her patients.
