DR. GARNETT BROWN, C.D., J.P., chairman of the National Irrigation Com-mission Ltd., was awarded the degree of Master of Divinity (M.Div.), with honours, on June 23, 2000, at the graduation exercise of the Caribbean Graduate School of Theology.
