Night noises at Devon House

THE EDITOR, Madam:

THERE IS the Great Sunday Night Car Sound System Happening, which takes place every Sunday evening in the parking lot of Devon House. Now we can tell you about that, if we could find the words, but it defies description. I invite the police to put just one officer in the Devon House parking lot on any Sunday between around 5:30 p.m. and 11 p.m.

Is there a man/woman in the Force? He/she will need to be very brave, because what he/she will be dealing with goes far beyond just noise ­ it is a monstrous thing that is growing into an epidemic of anti-heroism, anti-reason and anti-authority ­ and it has an enormous following.
