Spread cheer at children's home

THE EDITOR, Madam:

IT IS a beautiful act performed by the charitable management of the Maxfield Park Home for those children.

Madam Editor, with very high respect for the Maxfield Park institution I would like to offer a suggestion.

How about the opening of a fund for 30 days as Christmas treat for those poor children.

I do not think I am out of order to say each person (those who can afford to) in this country could offer a $10 donation?

A hand that is charged (with charity) is an appliance which invites 'God's blessings'.

And now I am appealing to all Jamaicans, stretch your hands and let us all share with those juvenile wards of Maxfield Park Home.

I am, etc.,
