Richard and Ricardo so much alike

Richard and Ricardo Williams ... do not like to be asked if they are twins. - Dennis Coke

RICHARD and Ricardo Williams are not only identical in terms of physical appearance, birthday and surname, but in almost everything they do.

When THE WEEKEND STAR visited their home recently, the twins were dressed alike.

"We like dressing alike," said Ricardo when asked if he liked dressing like his brother. Richard, his older brother by two minutes agreed.

The twins also enjoy engaging in several activities. "Richard and Ricardo like watching television. They like Jackie Chan movies and they also play football and cricket together," said their mother Dian Williams.

"They also argue a lot, but they don't fight and they don't argue for long either. They also like saltfish and mackerel," added their grandmother Cathleen Williams.

Even though they have a lot of things in common, they also have areas in which they are not alike.

Ricardo likes mathematics, while Richard likes phonics.

Richard is also a bit less emotional. "Ricardo is more attached to Richard than Richard his to him. Whenever Richard is not at home, Ricardo never stops asking about him until he returns home. On the other hand, if Ricardo goes out, Richard doesn't ask for him," said their mother.

Richard is also very curious and is always asking questions. But Ricardo prefers to watch television.

The twins, even though they dress alike, do not liked to be asked if they are twins. "Whenever we go out people are always asking if we are twins. We don't like to be asked that," said Richard.
