Scientific centre currently assessing food chain risk

The International Centre for Environmental and Nuclear Sciences (ICENS) says it now has the capability to track 50 elements found in Jamaican soils and by year end plans to make its findings known.

Passengers may be disinfected for foot and mouth
Washington State officials may ask the US Government to approve the disinfecting of all passengers arriving at Seattle's airport from countries where foot-and-mouth disease has been detected.
