Family of Ransford Hew

THE EDITOR, Sir:

RANSFORD HEW, now 40 years old, is originally from the Falmouth area. I am trying to find any family he might have. He is a good friend of mine for many years now. He has not been able to make contact with any family or friends for more than 20 years. Please help me help him, thanks.
