I FULLY support the right of anyone to express their opinions however absurd. The letter from Wilbert Hemming, Kingston 6, entitled "Attack Iraq", published in your April 1, issue, demonstrates the excruciating ignorance about world affairs, and the behaviour of the United States that still resides in my beloved country.

I would suggest that Mr. Henning read John J. Mearsheimer's new book The Tragedy of Great Power Politics.

I am etc.,

CLINTON G. HEWAN, Ph.D.
