THE EDITOR, Sir: On April 9, 2002, while listening to the radio re the Standing Finance Committee, I heard an uproar that was stirred up in the House of Parliament. It was a disgrace to hear men throwing words at each other.

THE EDITOR, Sir: I don't usually respond to Dawn Ritch's remarks about me. She too, has her "seasons". However, would she kindly explain what on earth did the Ministry of Construction or I, personally, ever have to do with the Forum Hotel?
Is 'Cruelty to Fowl' law still on the books?
THE EDITOR, Sir: I read with wonder Hartley Neita's piece in your issue of April 4, 2002 concerning the exorbitant fine imposed on two women in the Kingston Petty Sessions Court on a charge of "Cruelty to Fowl".
