QUITE RECENTLY, I had difficulties receiving my Jamaica Public Service's electricity bills through the post office.
I telephoned the Montego Bay branch JPSCo office and spoke to the Customer Service Supervisor, Ms. Allison Fletcher and she promised to immediately rectify the problem.
Well good news! Five working days after my conversation with Ms. Fletcher, she telephoned me to inform me that they were some minor problems involving the post office and JPSCo, however, the problem has been sorted out by her. Therefore the JPSCo bill mailing problem in Montego Bay has been solved.
