Time to overhaul Constitution

THE EDITOR, Sir:

AS A voter this is an election that will go down in our history as the most democratic. There were problems but the voice of the people spoke and that is important.

Now that the PNP got its fourth term the opportunity is now for Parliament to do an overhaul of our Constitution, so we the citizens of Jamaica can read and understand our rights. At this time I think it is just.
