Congrats, Danville Walker

THE EDITOR, Sir:
Hearty congratulations are due to Mr. Danville Walker, the Director of Elections, on deservedly receiving the honour of The Gleaner's 'Man of the Year' for 2002.
Clearly, Mr. Walker, along with Professor Errol Miller, Chairman, and the members of the Electoral Advisory Committee, have performed national service of the highest order in providing the nation with a credible electoral system.
We expect that in due course they will receive the recognition of suitable National Honours.
