IT IS no longer science fiction to speculate about the existence of planets in solar systems other than our own, because new technologies in astronomy, have expanded the search for planets outside our solar system - the extra-solar planets.

New spacecraft tool reveals massive gas cloud around Jupiter
CALIFORNIA INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY, Pasadena: USING A sensitive new imaging instrument on NASA's Cassini spacecraft, researchers have discovered a large and surprisingly dense gas cloud sharing an orbit with Jupiter's icy moon Europa.
