LEADERS SANTOS defeated Olympic 3-0 and Jamaica Defence Force (JDF) stopped Rockfort 4-1 in their JNBS/KSAFA Super League matches yesterday.

At Bell/Chung Stadium, Santos got their goals from League's leading goal scorer Richard West (double) and Hubert Allen, while a double strike from Mark Miller and Marlon Dyke set up the JDF's victory at Rockfort playfield.

With the win, Santos maintained their top position in the eight-team League with 27 points from 10 games. They are followed by JDF (21 points), Boys' Town (18), Duhaney Park (13), Olympic Gardens (11), Real Mona (seven), Rockfort (five) and Maverley/Haghenden (four).

In the Major League, also sponsored by JNBS, Rae Town and Barbican recorded 2-1 victories over Pembroke Hall and Whitfield Town respectively, while Cavalier and Vineyard Town ended 0-0.

Meanwhile, in the Syd Bartlett competition, Swallow-field defeated Central Kingston 2-1 at EXED, while the game between Meadforest and Molynes United was not played.
