Iraq and the bully

THE EDITOR, Sir:
IT'S A real tragedy to see what is happening to Iraq. No one likes a schoolyard bully! Some characteristics of a bully are as follows: acts pre-emptively, picks on others smaller than oneself, steals from others, cannot explain, justify or understand his actions, not worried about consequences.
So what's new in Iraq? The bully prevailed, but in the minds of many, failed miserably. Remember, normal minds pity the bully's victim and not the bully.
