Health sector woes
THERE HAVE been two tragic occurrences recently in the Jamaican health system, one at the Mandeville Hospital and the other at the Spanish Town Hospital, both improbably involving babies.
ALL THINGS being equal, establishing a final appeal court here in the Caribbean to replace the one based in the halls of our former colonial masters should be a cause for national pride. - Peter Espeut
