JAMAICANS DWIGHT Tho-mas, Julien Dunkley and Gregory Little turned in superb performances to record victories in their respective events in Great Britain and Nigeria last week.
Thomas, despite not running a fast time, won the 100 metres at the North Down International Games in Bangor, Nigeria on Friday, while Dunkley and Little secured 100m and 400m hurdles titles respectively at the Loughborough European Athletics Permit Meeting in Britain on Thursday.
Thomas, a former national champion, won in 10.46 seconds, ahead of Bobby Williams of the United States, who was timed in at 10.47, and Matthew Quinn of South Africa, 10.76.
Dunkley (10.37), who placed second in Heat One, returned to snatch the gold medal ahead of his heat's winner, Daniel Plummer of Great Britain (10.43), and Heat Two winner and fellow Jamaican, Winston Smith (10.50).
Meanwhile, Little, the CARIFTA Under-20 champion over the distance and a student at University of Technology (UTech) won race two of the 400m hurdles in 51.60 seconds.
The former Boys and Girls Championships champion and National Junior record holder left behind the Great Britain pair of Jeff Christie (51.75) and Rob Lewis (51.97).
Race one was won by Anthony Borsumato of Great Britain (50.04) ahead of teammate Matt Douglas (50.18) and Hennie Botha of South Africa (51.11).
