THE EDITOR, Sir:

TUBAL LIGATION for poor Jamaican women? I never thought I'd see the day when Jamaica started to sound like a Nazi state where only the privileged are allowed to breed.

Still, it might be a good idea if the end result is fewer people who are willing to vote for an inept PNP Government which has single-handedly taken Jamaica back to the Dark Ages.
