Trying to find Steve Russell

THE EDITOR, Sir:
I'M TRYING to locate my friend Steve Russell who resides in New Jersey. Steve and I met in 1986, when I was living in Barbican, but lost touch with each other.
The last address I have for him is 381 Franklin Blvd., Somerset, N.J.
Steve is also the friend of Lorna Jones and Abner Sappleton, a tailor, who once operated at 83 Barbican Road in Barbican in the 1980s, and now lives in New Jersey.
Anyone knowing the whereabouts of Steve, please help me in locating my friend, as I
