Stagnation all around

THE EDITOR, Sir:

THIS IS the month when Jamaica celebrates Heritage Week and its heroes.

Could some of our past leaders somehow make it back and give the present ones some advice as to how with hindsight to govern a country. There is stagnation left, right and centre!

Some activity yes! But this does not say much for a progressive path for the future with people taking responsibility for their actions and bearing the consequence of their actions.
