Montego Bay eco-tourism plan in limbo
WESTERN BUREAU: ONE YEAR after the Montego Bay Marine Park announced its intention to implement a multi-million dollar eco-tourism project for the Howard Cooke Boulevard Park and adjoining wetlands, the project remains in limbo.
