THE EDITOR, Sir: RECENTLY, SOME of Mexico's federal officials disclosed that they began receiving chip implants in November of 2003 and that it was their plan to continue to 'tag' individuals. Such developments only serve as proof that human chipping technology exists and that it has begun to transform our world.
