Shortage of building inspectors raises concern
THE NUMBER of building inspectors employed to the Manchester Parish Council is inadequate. But, according to Kenneth Mullings, the Superintendent of Roads and Works for the Manchester Parish Council, his team had managed to complete at least 80 per cent.
