Musgrave awardees honoured
ROXANNE DALEY, a 27-year-old woman who has overcome the debilitating challenges of being born with Downs Syndrome, was on Wednesday presented the fourth annual Musgrave Youth Medal for her contribution to the creative arts through dance.

Legal Council bars qualified attorney from practising
