EIGHTEEN YOUTHS from the Kingston and St. Andrew Football Association (KSAFA) will put their talent on show for 40 American college coaches in the Caribbean College Soccer Showcase in Bridgetown, Barbados from December 9-12.
The coaches will be in the Caribbean scouting new talent to grant sports scholarships for tertiary institutions in the US. As a prerequisite, the youths must have at least five external passes.
President of KSAFA Stewart Stephenson heads the delegation of the Under-20 youths which is coached by Carlton 'Spanner' Dennis and David Hunt and managed by Clyde Jureidini.
The team leaves tomorrow and will play three matches. On Friday they face Barbados Gold, Saturday, Team USA Virginia and Sunday morning, Trinidad and Tobago before returning on day evening.
