Police await post-mortem reports on visitors' deaths

NEGRIL POLICE are awaiting post-mortem reports on the death of two visitors, a Canadian and an American, who died on Thursday.

Dead are Hannah Hudes, 61, of Ontario Canada, and Andrew Bailey, 54, of Minnesota, United States.

The Constabulary Communi-cation Network (CCN) liaison officer for St. Ann said that at about 2:00 p.m on Thursday, Hudes complained of feeling ill after scuba diving. She was taken to a medical facility where she was pronounced dead. This matter is being investigated by the Ocho Rios police.

In the other incident about 10:30 p.m on Thursday, Bailey was in his hotel room when he complained of feeling ill. He died shortly after. The Negril police are investigating.
