LETTER OF THE DAY - Jamaican Diaspora must face the realities
THE EDITOR, Sir: THE JAMAICAN Diaspora Advisory Board members, at a recent conference in Kingston, made several mind-boggling comments. Their comments indicate an almost complete disconnect between themselves and the realities of our country.

We wish to vote
THE EDITOR, Sir: RESPONDING TO the article 'Diaspora in no rush to vote here', published on June 28, I would like to find out from the Diaspora Advisory Board in the United States, where they conducted this poll...

SLB mission questioned
THE EDITOR, Sir:IN CASE you did not survive the scramble and the chaos to submit your application form to the Students' Loan Bureau (SLB) before the deadline, you now have an opportunity to do so.

Christian missionaries needed
THE EDITOR, Sir: THAILAND IS a beautiful country, and it is filled with beautiful, kind and creative people. But less than one per cent of these wonderful people have accepted Jesus Christ as their Saviour.
