Is plea-bargaining judicial bribery?
THE EDITOR, Sir: ATTORNEY BERT Samuels' most enlightening and balanced piece in the Public Affairs column of The Gleaner (July 24) has me thinking that plea bargaining is, in essence, state bribery, and I wonder if that is right.
