GUYANA: Guyana passes fair trading law
GEORGETOWN, GUYANA (CMC): Guyanese lawmakers have voted overwhelmingly in support of the Competition and Fair Trading Bill even though the Opposition expressed concerns about some of the measures.

DOMINICA: Carib Indian tribal board to be reinstated
ROSEAU, DOMINICA (AP): A tribal board that was dismissed by the government will be allowed to resume leadership of Dominica's Carib Indians, the Attorney-General said yesterday.
