KING OF BUNS - A.M.L. BAKERY TAKES THE CROWN
THEY TOOK up the challenge and the judges deliberated. When the raisins had settled, A.M.L. Bakery of 35 Main Street, Port Maria, St. Mary, emerged winner. They were followed closely by Sunlight Bakery in Montego Bay which came second.

The judges comments on the winning bun
Taste very good, moist not dry, but could be more moist, want more and would have a second, and the texture is very good. Candice Westley, security officer and bun lover:

Bun challenge in Montego bay
CHEF KEISHA SANDERSON: "I found it to be very moist, very soft, with good texture, but a little too sweet. I think this bun calls for more flavour, more spice and less sugar. The quality is good; I would certainly recommend this bun."

NEW RESTAURANTS IN TOWN - Dragon Heights soars
WITH FOUR chefs on board, two working simultaneously, the food at Dragon Heights should be savoury. The restaurant, formerly Sam Fo Bar-B-Que which was located at Southdale Plaza in St. Andrew, relocated to Northside Plaza in Liguanea six months ago.

THE SCIENCE BEHIND COOKING - FROM BERRY TO BREW
