New Founders' Park

GOVERNOR-GENERAL Professor Kenneth Hall (left), past principal of the University of the West Indies, Mona campus, officially opens the new Founders' Park, at the campus, on Thursday night.

Looking on are Sir George Alleyne, Chancellor, UWI (second left), Professor E. Nigel Harris, vice-chancellor, UWI, and Elsa Leo-Rhynie, principal and pro vice-chancellor.

The occasion also served to honour the Governor-General for his work towards the transformation of the university to meet the demands of 21st century educational diversification.
