Letter of the day - Some church teachings promote racism
THE EDITOR, Sir: I WOULD like to take this opportunity to commend our Prime Minister, the Hon. Portia Simpson Miller, for reaching out to the churches and all other religious groups to play an integral role on our political boards.

THE EDITOR, Sir: I HAVE just read the letter by Caroline Jumpp-Graham regarding teaching in the UK (Tuesday 18th April 2006). In my response, I can only say, not much has changed in 50 years.
