Are you a gravedigger?
published: Monday | May 1, 2006

WITHOUT EVEN thinking about it, most of us are gravediggers! Yes, the average person in today's world is working hard at digging their own grave with their teeth.

You see, the major causes of premature death are simply related to what you put in your mouth - what you eat. The four major killers in Jamaica today are heart disease, cancer, stroke and diabetes, all nutritionally related illnesses.

To make things worse, millions of dollars are spent by the food industry each year programming our people, especially our children, to become even more active gravediggers. This is self-destructive behaviour of the worst kind.

On the other hand, if we simply provide the human body with all the nutrients it needs, it has the wisdom to prevent illness and heal disease. Your body was designed to maintain optimal health and wellness, but you need to give it proper nutrition. Scripture puts it this way: "You are fearfully and wonderfully made."

There is a restorative power within you capable of healing anything, especially if you provide the cells of your body with the right nutrition. To do this, I recommend a programme called cellular nutrition. Simply put, this is a way to provide the over 70 trillion cells in your body with all its nutritional needs.

GOOD NUTRITION THE ANSWER

Experts in the modern sciences of nutrition, vitamins and minerals, along with specialists in herbal supplements, have created a simple programme, which provide the body with all the nutrients it needs. This is the ultimate healthy fast food. In over 20 years, more than 40 million people have used this approach with incredible health benefits. It is a precise plan to nourish the cells of your body.

The three components to this programme:

A soy protein shake that can replace or supplement one or more meals each day. The shake is a nutritionally perfect meal in a drink that is delicious and easy to prepare.

A high-quality vitamin and mineral tablet that is taken with each meal.

A herbal and micronutrient capsule that assists the body to digest, absorb and utilise the nutrients in your food and supplements, while assis-ting with cleansing and detoxification.

It is amazing how the simple discipline of supplementing your diet with a drink and a few tablets and capsules daily can so dramatically change your health and well being. The magic is not in the supplements. The magic is in your body with its incredible potential.

This concept and this nutritional strategy - the cellular nutritional programme - is unique. It is patented, trademarked and owned by a United States-based company and is available in Jamaica. So, stop digging your grave with your teeth and start building a better body.
