According to JPS communication officer, Jasmine Wright, the company's office in the Old Harbour Bay area decided it could give back to the community in a more tangible way if persons who benefit are provided with extensive training from professionals to make them better handlers of the resource given by the company.
On Friday, several of the participants were put through the rigors of the leadership programme at the Old Harbour Bay Baptist Church.
