Principal to be honoured

SISTER SHIRLEY Chung, former principal of Jessie Ripoll Primary School in Kingston will be honoured tonight at a ceremony at Knutsford Court Hotel.

As the first principal of Jessie Ripoll, Sister Chung has made significant contributions to education. She was not only committed to the development of the strong Catholic ethos at the school, but also for the promotion of excellence in the teaching and learning environment.
