One killed, two hurt in Hellshire accident

A WOMAN was killed and two other persons injured in a two-vehicle collision on the Hellshire main road in St. Catherine, yesterday. According to the police, 42-year-old Nadine Panton was a passenger in a Suzuki swift motor-car being driven by her husband.

The police say on reaching the intersection of Hellshire Road and South East 4th Street, the vehicle collided with a Toyota Rav4.

During the accident, Mrs. Panton, her husband and the driver of the Toyota Rav4 sustained injuries. They were taken to hospital where Mrs. Panton was pronounced dead and the men admitted in stable conditions.
