Flowering plants of the Caribbean
There are about forty species of Heliconia, often called 'wild banana' in the Caribbean. The plants are related to the edible banana and the leaves are 'paddle-shaped', a characteristic of the banana family.

What is this HACCP anyway?
WHAT'S THIS HACCP we've been hearing about? Well, after today you'll know what it is, how it relates to you and why it is important. HACCP is the acronym for Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points and is locally pronounced (hassap).
