Dear Counsellor: I have a daughter, aged nine, who is reading below her grade level. School will restart soon and I am concerned about what to do with her. She also has difficulty doing mathematics.

The bootleg factory

I love music and most forms of entertainment. I was taken aback when I had to watch the bootleg factory on the evening news and read about it in the newspapers. Strangely, I had mixed emotions about the entire situation.
