Pathfinders are the uniformed youth group of the Adventist Church similar to Boys Scout or the Girls Guide. They are very active both in the church and community.
The programme prepares boys and girls to give quality service to God and man. Activities of the club include hiking, swimming, camping, cookery, first aid, knot tying, drilling and marching. In addition many values are taught in social graces, relationships, healthy living and dealing with peer pressure, among others.
The Pathfinder Club allows boys and girls to develop wholesome Christian values and discipline in a fun-filled environment.
As part of their programme of development, Pathfinders are taught to be loyal to their country and to serve their fellowmen. This is evidenced by their participation in national parades and other civic functions. They are engaged in any number of outreach projects from visiting the sick and shut-ins to providing food baskets and cleaning homes.
