... life I am depressed
Dear Counsellor, I am 45 years old and I have been diagnosed with depression. I feel tired, lethargic and suicidal at times. I am really having a hard time coping with my illness.

Problem with spouse

Dear Counsellor: My spouse gets depressed easily. Many times, it has to do with situations at work. He will come home and talk constantly about what is happening at his workplace.
